Sky played Varsity lacrosse at Century High School. She was coached by Towson University standout Becky (Trumbo) Groves, and during her time, won multiple state Championships.

Sky played midfield for VCU from 2015 to 2019. She was a four-year captain and a standout performer throughout her collegiate career. Sky led her team in most goals scored for all four years, and holds the program record for career goals and points. During her time with the Rams, Sky was recognized for her achievements on the field and was awarded VCU female Athlete of the Year. She was also awarded First team All-Atlantic 10, Second Team All-Atlantic 10 and A–10 Player of the Week multiple times throughout her career.

After Graduation, Sky joined coach Becky at Century as an assistant coach before moving to the Eastern Shore.

Sky has been involved with M&D Shore for the past 3 years (2022-2025). She started as the 2029 Black Assistant Coach in 2022 and became the M&D Shore 2029 Black Head Coach in 2023.
